It has been a very strange end to Spring and beginning to Summer..
this is my rain gauge in what is clearly a very soggy veggie garden.
Five inches of rain from Tropical Storm Andrea's remains followed by 2 inches this week...
and now the foreast for THREE inches tomorrow.
Thankfully all the little veggies survived but splattered with mud.
Not a pretty sight.
It is quite green and lush. First hydrangea blooms have arrived,
one of the many lovely things that benefit from a northern coastal climate.
Farmer's Market flowers are plentiful!
A weekly treat of blooms I don't have in my gardens.
Painting with inspiration from the sea..
And hoping to do some sea glass hunting after the next storm passes.
Happy mid week!
Lovely. Hope you find some glass.
